If you are the person receiving the Steamflex steam treatment, you MUST make sure to have someone else to operate the steam generator

To get the best results

Just like in a regular steam room, the steam cannot be on all the time. Otherwise it becomes too hot and can cause skin burn

To reach the best result, use a long towel or sheet to cover the client from neck-to-toe.

Use the remote control and the digital alarm thermometer, to maintain desired temperature. We recommend 120-128 degree F

The steam generator produces the steam by boiling water. When water boils it makes a bubbling sound. This sound is natural and indicates that the steamer is working well. This sound does not indicate that the steamer is damaged and is not properly working.

In order to insure the quality and avoid any missing accessories all gift boxes have been opened and contents manually inspected
