Just because it’s smaller doesn’t mean it’s not powerful – this unit operates anywhere from 175 to 600 degrees and boasts a total of 16,500 BTUs. Two independently controlled 6,500-BTU Vector burners and one center 3,500-BTU smoke tray burner that heats up your wood chunks housed by a porcelain coated wood chip pan for smoking just about anything. This unit features a new grill design that promotes convection-style cooking with better fuel efficiency through a unique, geometrical ”V” shape design. Fueled by a standard 20-lb. propane tank (sold separately), this unit is easy to start and control the heat with its push-button ignition and individually controlled burners. Porcelain-coated wire cooking grids and heat tents are easy to clean, and a chrome-plated warming rack is perfect cooking with indirect heat.
