A dual purpose 110v AC or 12v DC electric low impedance fence energizer. Versatile energizer that can be used as a plug-in or as a battery energizer. Includes 12v battery leads, 110v adapter and wiring harness. NOTE: 12v BATTERY IS NOT INCLUDED FOR DC ENERGIZER USE. Adapts from one style to the other in a few seconds. When used as a battery energizer, it automatically adjusts the battery draw down by as much as 67%, if the fence isn’t touching green weeds or shorted out. The need to recharge a battery is therefore much less in these situations. Easily moved around. Used to keep out deer, raccoon and rabbits from garden/orchard areas. Also used to keep in poultry, cattle, sheep, goats, horses and guard dogs. Effective at protecting against coyotes, stray dogs, bear and fox. Peak output is 1 joules. 38 pulses per minute. When used as a 110v plug-in unit draws 4.5 watt per hour. When used as a 12v DC energizer, it will draw 31-90 mA/hr. Should power 2 miles of 3 strand cattle fence, 3/4 mile of 5-7 strand sheep fence, 10 of the 164′ sheep/goat nets or 4-5 of the 164′ poultry nets. All distances are dependent on amount of grass/weed load on the fence.
