The XM880 Kinetic Log splitter is the newest release from Powerhouse. There have been several improvements from the original Powerhouse Kinetic Log Splitter the XM680 like upgraded material for the rack and pinion system, instead of Chromium Steel, which is very durable, we have upgraded the material to a more exotic alloy of Titanium, chromium, and magnesium, to give a lighter weight and increase strength and durability. The XM880 upgraded rack and pinion system is designed to last over 3000 hours, and we supply free replacements to all customers if needed within the first 10-years. Also, we have improved the packaging; After several instances of having units damaged in shipping, we now ship each unit with over 1.5” molded Styrofoam surrounding the entire unit, and extra thick/robust cardboard. The unit is fully assembled so you can have the unit up and running within minutes of receiving it.
