41″ Heavy Duty Rotary Tiller Cat.1 3pt 18+ hp Rating (FH-IGN105) The Farmer-Helper (Heavy Duty) IGN Series Tiller is for the person that has up to 500 acres of tilling per year. You can choose from 35 to 71 inches working width. This Commercial Duty Tiller can be attached to a Cat I/II Series 3-pt hitch of tractors from 15 to 75 horsepower. The FH-IGN180 is able to attach to both Cat I or II 3-pt hitch giving you a wider group of tractors that are compatible with the IGN Series Tiller. Gearbox is rated at 65 HP Enhancing the performance is the balanced Rotor & Shaft which helps increase the bearing life, minimizes vibrations, audible noise, and power losses. The number of tines varies by size. They range from 18 to 42 tines. This helps in providing precise overlap during tilling preventing untilled spots in the middle of your tilled sections. Using the side skid plates you can adjust the tilling depth from 2 to 8 inches. ¼” double walled housing and sides resists denting and wear while providing structural support. An adjustable Rear Panel also prevents dirt from being thrown and smoothes the ground that has been tilled. The 35 to 41 inch IGN utilizes a series 4 1-3/8″ 6 Spline Quick Connect Slip Clutch and increases to a Series 5 1-3/8” when you go to the 48 – 71 inch working width. The clutch slips when the torque is too great; meaning when there is an obstruction the clutch slips and prevents the shock load from being transmitted to the tractor or absorbed completely by the implement. Our greasable bearings are located for ease of access. This is great for maintenance and availability should you need to replace the bearings. Our IGN Series Tiller comes with a 2 year warranty which is extendable by 2 more years at the time of purchase for an additional fee. Parts are available through Betst Products Parts Department.
