At 2,000 Revolutions per minute, this generator will put out about 12 Volts DC. FOR BATTERY or POWERPACK CHARGING: You can wire this generator to a 12 Volt battery using a fuse and a blocking diode. Warning: You must follow electrical code and safety guidelines when connecting to lead acid batteries – they have a lot of stored energy and can melt the wires in your hands if you touch them together.
The Duracell powerpack is recommended as a great way to connect and store your energy from your generator. Note: This generator can also be used as a 1/3 Horse power DC motor. (12 Volts 15 Amps)
