Silver aluminum single pulley revolving truck assembly model RTC-1-238 for ground set flagpoles with a 2-3/8 inch top diameter. This cap style truck assembly has three stainless steel set screws to secure it to the flagpole and a 1/2-13NC spindle thread to accept a top ornament with matching thread pattern. Maximum halyard diameter to use with this truck is 5/16. (Made in the U.S.A.)
