CenturionPro believes in using side-by-side tumbler technology as opposed to end-to-end machine set-up. There are a few reasons for this. Firstly, flowers are extremely delicate. Secondly, they are often fully trimmed within the first 21″ through the tumbler. As such, it is best to get the product in-and-out of the machines as quickly as possible. This is why a side-by-side machine design, such as seen with the CenturionPro Gladiator, is ideal for reducing the time flowers spend in the tumbler. This reduced travel time results in less agitation to the flowers and better preservation. With the goal of preserving flower quality, CenturionPro trimmers are designed to produce a clean cut with just one pass through a single tumbler.
