The complete kit includes: a 15 Watt solar charging panel, 7 amp charge controller to protect the battery (not included) from overcharging, battery clamps, charge controller wire adapter and mounting hardware. This unit has a maximum power output of 15 Watts; 1 Amp and a maximum temperature range of -40 to 176-degrees Fahrenheit.
