The 12-foot by 20-foot valance canopy replacement cover is designed to fit 10-foot by 20-foot frames. The extra 2 feet on the replacement poly tarp is to cover the high center angle of the 10×20 frame. The tarp has an 5-inch overhang for the frame’s edge and contains pull ties at each of the four corners. ** Please Note ** Each side of your rafter peak must measure 6 foot for frame compatibility.
