1 HP 2-Speed Spa Pump 120 Volts – Balboa Ultima / Victoria – Frame 48, 10.3/3.8 Amp motor, 1-1/2″ side discharge wet end. Formerly marked as Ultima model by UltraJet, Vicco, Pentair and Balboa. Can Also be used as 1-Speed 1 HP Pump. 1 HP Ultima Victoria Pump (1.5 HPR). Balboas Victoria pumps provide long life, excellent performance, and value pricing and configuration flexibility all in a cost-effective package. Flow rates for this pump can be up 100 gallons per minute (see below 1HP pump curves). Features all seals are carbon ceramic with Viton elastomers for long-lasting performance, easily enduring prolonged heat and chemical exposure. Multi-direction mounting pump head gives greatest range of plumbing configurations. Frame 48 motor design-two-speed motor. 115 volts, UL and CSA certified. This pump is intended as a replacement for common 1 HP 120 volt side discharge pumps that use 1-1/2″ unions. The motor is a two speed pump but can also replace any single 1 speed 1HP pump (120 VAC). The pump is typically wired directly to the pump receptacles of a spa pack. Safety features include auto overheat shut off protection. Comes complete with two x 1 1/2″ replacement unions. Drain plug ensures no water is left in the pump body during storage, which is useful for hygienic reasons and also prevents freeze damage where applicable. All Victoria pumps have discharge and suction nipples that allow for a side stream flow, for such purposes as an ozonator venturi. If your hot tub uses these nipples, they must first be drilled out on the new replacement pump before they become active.
