Description
The Lincoln Electric Eagle 10,000 Plus Engine Driven DC Arc Welder/AC Generator with Electric Start is a great choice for getting the job done! For construction contractors, maintenance crews, farmers or ranchers, the Eagle 10,000 Plus does a variety of basic welding jobs. With AC generator power, this welder handles a variety of other jobs: lights, grinder, Lincoln Electric inverter welders and plasma cutters (separate air supply needed) or emergency power. Totally enclosed case protects the engine and limits noise. This welder offers smooth DC welding output. Expand to AC TIG welding with optional Square Wave® TIG 200 (powered by AC generator power from the Eagle 10,000 Plus) for aluminum and other alloy welding. Arc gouge with up to 5/32in. (4.0 mm) carbon electrode. The AC generator performance operates at 9000 Watts continuous power and 10,500 Watts surge power, among the most surge power in its class. The generator can be used for motor starting and for high-capacity needs such as a back-up generator, Lincoln Electric plasma cutter, inverter welder or Square Wave TIG 200. The generator can also be used for lights, a grinder or other power tools. Delivery from the single 120V/240V full-KVA receptacle is up to 38 amps. Standard circuit breakers protect the machine as well as your power tools. Delivery from two 120V duplex receptacles is up to 40 Amps. Get two tools in one when you use the Eagle10,000 Plus as a power generator for emergency standby power, and/or for welding. Optional GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) Kit available for additional protection from electrical shock for 120V receptacles (not included). Simultaneous welding and AC generator power will power up to 3950 Watts while welding at 145 Amps. (AC generator power is reduced when welding simultaneously.) Works with a broad range of stick electrodes including Lincoln Electric Fleetweld 37 (AWS E6013); Fleetweld 47 (AWS E7014); Fleetweld 180 (AWS E6011); Lincoln 7018AC (AWS E7018 H8); and Excalibur 7018 MR (AWS E7018 H4R) Also capable of MIG or flux-cored welding or basic TIG welding in constant current mode Choose DC(+) for a deep penetrating arc or DC(-) for less penetration on thin sheet metal Rated 225 Amps/25 Volts/40% duty cycle and 210 Amps/25 Volts/100% duty cycle for CC All rated outputs at 104°F (40°C) Simple Output Range Selector can be used to select 1 of 3 amperage ranges with generous overlap for Stick/TIG welding Fine adjustment control allows you to dial in just the right welding output for each application Add productivity with self-shielded flux-cored wire welding in CC mode Compatible with Lincoln Electric across-the-arc wire feeders for use with a variety of wire electrodes For applications where weld quality and deposition properties are not critical Model Number: K2343-4.
